Happy Thanksgiving!

Visitors!

The parents and niece and nephew came to visit:

And Caris found a friend in Greta

(she is between princess dresses at the moment)

We tried to go pet the animals at Yellow River,

but when we got there it was closed for flooding.

So, we fed the deer our crackers and carrots through the fence,

as did everyone else that showed up,

and went and played at the playground for a minute or two.

...which it appears was flooded last week.

Some parts looked better than others.

Kinley came over to visit last night, with her parents, and she found a comfy spot with Uncle Josh made her self at home.

Not Homeless!

We finally found it. Fourth time's a charm. Upon our one month house hunting anniversary, we found victory! We found a three bedroom, one bath house near East Lake in Atlanta. About 15-20 minutes from downtown. All hardwood, gas stove, central heat/air, fenced in yard, cute neighborhood. Though we are going to have to catch up on our landscaping. The neighbors are making our house look shabby. All that's left is to pack up our entire life and roll it on over there. Packing party July 4th weekend! If you come on the 4th, you get the bonus of watching the neighbors fireworks as you get eaten by mosquitoes, while loading boxes in the truck. Woo hoo! HOUSE SLIDESHOW.

Mexico

We went to Mexico! Not really, we went to Ft. Lauderdale this weekend and went to "Mexico" a flea market type place with a farmers market, pony rides, coconut drinks...etc. Pretty cool.

Brandie arrived at the hospital after a couple days of pretty intense pains to finally be admitted around 11ish on Thursday, the 9th. Everything was easy peasy after the epidural, dilating about a cm/hour. Started pushing around 6:45 (right at the nurse shift change, or course) and was victorious a little over an hour later. Having taken full rein over the waiting room, the Kinley train got a quick glimpse before mom and baby were cleaned up and moved upstairs. Having gotten settled, all the new grandparents, and novice Uncle Josh took turns before the veteran Aunt Katelyn took things into her own hands :) As far as we can see she has her mommy's toes and her daddy's ears. The rest is still a little too poofy to tell.
